Terms of sales
	All work is hand signed in paint on the photo and is titled on the matt board. all work is dry      mounted on acid free foam core and single matted with acid free matt board in antique white. All work receives archival matting. Sizes 5 x 7 to 9 x 13 dry mounting is optional. Archival matting dose not fade, change color or yellow, it is used on higher quality original and signed valuable art. It is used to protect the art and not damage it through-out time. All work is printed on archival paper. There is a 6% sales tax for New Jersey and a 8% sales tax for New York. Sales of these photos does not transfer rights of Duplication and or resale. All photos therefore are protected by the laws of copyright. Prices above do not include shipping or delivery charge. There is a minimum of twenty-five dollars delivery charge upon placement of an order a check will be enclosed with this Order Form, with the cost or shipping and tax. Selections are made by the number and the title of the photo from the title page. The title and number will be placed on the above list next to the price, circling or putting a check mark on the column and size desired is very important!! (ie: photo only or matted column.)  To secure your selection repeat this information by printing out a copy of the order from and mailing it or faxing  it to the appropriate  address given. Additional instruction can be made on the "Title List"  and mailed, faxed, or e-mailed in as well. Most often turn around time is approximately three weeks from when the order is received. The catalog's a fifty-dollar deposit will be credited back to you when the catalog is return!! Note: Kindly please handle the catalog with care as it is the only one available.
